Principle of hydrophilic anti fog film formation
Organosiloxane with superhydrophilic functional groups evaporates under vacuum conditions, reacts with silicon on the surface of the substrate, and crosslinks with each other to form a nanofilm layer with superhydrophilicity
The anti fog principle of plasma nano superhydrophilic film layer
When condensation is inevitable, light scattering and irregular refraction occur at the water droplet interface, leading to blurred visual imaging, which is known as "fogging"
At the superhydrophilic interface, condensed water will automatically spread into a uniform and thin water film, allowing light to pass through the same refractive path without affecting visual imaging.
